Live Fish Shipping

All live koi are shipped via UPS Next Day Air to ensure safe arrival. We ship to most states in the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Maine.

Shipping Days

To protect the health and safety of our fish, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This ensures your koi arrive before the weekend without sitting in a facility. Orders placed after Wednesday will be held and shipped the following Monday.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We take great care in packaging our fish for safe transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos if there are any concerns.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only. Appointments are typically available on weekday evenings and Saturdays. Please contact us to schedule your pickup after placing your order.
