Shipping Schedule & Logistics

To ensure the health and safety of your fish, we follow a strict shipping schedule:

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday only.

We can ship up to 2 lots in one box.

Arrival: Your fish will arrive via UPS Next Day Air.

Cutoff: Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Note: We do not ship on or before Federal Holidays to avoid carrier delays.

We stand behind the health of our fish. Your purchase is protected by our 24-Hour Live Arrival Guarantee:

Arrival: Please be present to receive your fish on the first delivery attempt.

Reporting: In the rare event of a loss, take a clear photo of the fish in the original, unopened bag within 2 hours of the UPS timestamp.

Follow-up: We cover additional losses for up to 24 hours after delivery. Simply send us a photo of all deceased specimens laid out together.

Resolution: We will issue a refund or store credit for the value of the lost specimens immediately.
